According to Presidential decrees of Ukraine of December 9, 2010 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies", of April 8, 2011 No. 410 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of Ukraine", of April 8, 2011 No. 436 "About approval of the Regulations on Public service of intellectual property of Ukraine" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 28, 2011 No. 346 "About liquidation of governmental bodies" I ORDER to No. 1085:
1. Bring in regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine concerning intellectual property such changes:
1.1. In Regulations on the State register of declaration patents of Ukraine for confidential useful models approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of 14.11.2001 No. 738, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 20.11.2001 for No. 964/6155:
1.1.1. In Chapter 1:
in Item 1.1 of the word and figures "The regulations on State department of intellectual property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 20, 2000 No. 997," to exclude;
in Item 1.2 of the word "The State Department of Intellectual Property Operating as a part of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (the State Department Is Farther)" shall be replaced with words "Public service of intellectual property of Ukraine (further - Public service) which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Education and Science, youth and sport of Ukraine".
1.1.2. In appendices to the Provision of the word "Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine State Department of Intellectual Property" to exclude.
