According to resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 21, 2008 N PP-842 "About additional measures for strengthening of stimulation of increase in livestock of the cattle in personal subsidiary, Dehkan both farms and to expansion of production of livestock products" (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, N 17, the Art. 130) and of September 7, 2010 N PP-1401 "About measures for further enhancement of management system oil and fat industry of the republic" (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2010, N 9, of the Art. 374), and also for the purpose of further development of livestock production the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide:
1. Make changes and additions to the Regulations on procedure for realization of cotton meal (cake) and peel of cotton seeds at the exchange biddings of the Uzbek Republican commodity and raw exchange approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Economics and Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 22, 2008 NN 59, 97 (рег. N 1870 of November 18, 2008) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, N 47, the Art. 466), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
