About approval of changes and additions which are made to the Order of the Government No. 961 of August 21, 2006.
The government DECIDES:
In the Order of the Government No. 961 of August 21, 2006. "About approval of the Regulations on national network of observation and laboratory control of infectiousness (impurity) of the environment the radioactive, poisoning, strong toxic agents and biological agents" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 142-145, 1076), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
The Resolution to add 1) with item 4 of the following content:
"4. The costs necessary for implementation of provisions of this resolution will be performed by the involved bodies / organizations for the account and within the financial resources provided in the annual budget.";
2) appendix No. 1:
a) in all text of the word "Department of Emergency Situations" shall be replaced with words "The service of civil protection and emergency situations", and words "Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of the environment" in the corresponding case;
b) in Item 1 after the words "and also their tasks" to add with the words "in the regular mode (daily activities), on high alert and";
c) in Item 2 of the word "The law on radiation protection and safety No. 1440-XIII of December 24, 1997" shall be replaced with words "The law on safe implementation of nuclear and radiological activities No. 111-XV of May 11, 2006", "The law on veterinary activities No. 1538-XII of June 23, 1993" shall be replaced with words words "The law on veterinary and sanitary activities No. 221-XVI of October 19, 2007", "The marine life protection act of plants No. 612-XIV of October 1, 1999" shall be replaced with words words "The marine life protection act of plants and phytosanitary quarantine No. 228 of September 23, 2010";
