Article 1. For the purpose of forming of high patriotic consciousness, feeling of fidelity and education of the civil responsibility for the Fatherland, and also perpetuation in memory of the people of the Kyrgyz Republic of tragic events on April 7, 2010 to establish this day in annually celebrated Afternoon of the national April revolution.
Article 2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to take measures for the organization of permanent exposure with placement of exhibits about day of the April revolution in the State Historical Museum of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
