About modification of the Regulations on insurance reserves of insurers

1. Make changes to the Regulations on insurance reserves of insurers approved by the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 20, 2008 N 107 (рег. N 1882 of December 15, 2008) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, N 52, the Art. 529), according to appendix.
2. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1. To exclude from paragraph one of Item 6 of the word "in coordination with the State Insurance Supervision Committee".
2. Paragraphs two and third Item 26 to state in the following edition:
"Procedure for forming and use of the RPM are determined in regulations on the reserve of precautionary actions approved by the insurer.
At the same time the insurer shall determine the specific list of precautionary actions which will be financed from the RPM and to provide it for review to the State Insurance Supervision Committee".
