Make change to Item 15 of the Procedure for partial compensation of interest rate of the credits of commercial banks to young families and lonely young citizens on construction (reconstruction) and acquisition of housing approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 4, 2003 No. 853 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 23, Art. 1065; 2004, No. 31, Art. 2076; 2005, No. 29, Art. 1714; 2006, No. 48, to the Art. 3194), having stated to paragraph one in such edition:
"15. Regional governments of Fund allocate the funds intended for provision of partial compensation from treasurer accounts for the corresponding accounts opened in commercial banks for further transfer of the specified funds for accounts of borrowers.".
