About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About State Regulation of Activities for the Organization and Carrying Out Gamblings and about Modification of Some Legal Acts of the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 N 244-FZ "About state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings and about modification of some legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 1, Art. 7; 2009, N 30, Art. 3737) following changes:

1) in Article 4:

a) in Item 14 of the word "or part of gambling institution, in which" shall be replaced with words "in which";

b) in Item 15 of the word "or part of gambling institution, in which" shall be replaced with words "in which";

c) state Item 19 in the following edition:

"19) cash desk of bookmaker office - part of collection point for rates of bookmaker office in which the organizer of gamblings accepts rates from participants of this type of gamblings pays prizes;";

d) state Item 20 in the following edition:

"20) cash desk of totalizator - part of collection point for rates of totalizator in which the organizer of gamblings accepts rates from participants of this type of gamblings pays prizes;";

e) add with Items 25 - 28 following contents:

"25) the processing center of bookmaker office - part of gambling institution in which the organizer of gamblings carries out accounting of the rates accepted from participants of this type of gamblings fixes results of gamblings, calculates the amounts of the prizes which are subject to payment, performs submission of information on the accepted rates and about prizes in collection points for rates of bookmaker office;
