About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About individual housing construction in the Republic Kyrgyzstan"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About individual housing construction in the Republic Kyrgyzstan" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Republic Kyrgyzstan, 1991, No. 22, the Art. 700) the following changes:
1. In the name and in all text of the Law of the word "Republic Kyrgyzstan" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "the Kyrgyz Republic" in the corresponding cases.
2. Regarding the 2nd Article 3 of the word to "local councils of People's Deputies" shall be replaced with words to "local government bodies".
3. In Article 5:
state part 1 in the following edition:
"Withdrawal of the parcels of land and placement of individual apartment houses are performed according to the master plans of settlements, drafts of the detailed layout, projects of building approved according to the procedure, established by the legislation.";
regarding 3 words "local councils of People's Deputies" shall be replaced with words "local government bodies".
4. Recognize Articles 6 and 7 invalid.
5. State Article 9 in the following edition:
"Article 9. Basis for construction of the individual apartment house
The construction of the individual apartment house is performed based on the following documents:
- the title and right certifying documents on the parcel of land;
- project of the individual apartment house;
- construction licenses.".
6. State Article 11 in the following edition:
"Article 11. Construction and reconstruction of economic and household structures and constructions on personal plot
