1. Exclude aluminum foil thickness of less 0,021 of mm (FEACN CU code 7607 11 100 0) from the Inventory and rates to which during the transition period the Republic of Kazakhstan applies the rates of import customs duties other than the rates established by the Common customs tariff of the Customs union approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 22, 2011 N683.

2. This Decision becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
