Bring in the Federal Law of October 26, 2002 N 127-FZ "About insolvency (bankruptcy)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 43, Art. 4190; 2008, N 30, Art. 3616; 2009, N 1, Art. 4; 2010, N 17, Art. 1988; 2011, N 1, Art. 41; N 7, of Art. 905; N 19, of Art. 2708; N 29, of Art. 4301; N 30, of the Art. 4576) following changes:
1) in Item 2 of Article 28:
a) the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"For the purposes of this Federal Law operator of the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information is the legal entity who is registered in the territory of the Russian Federation, owns the technical means allowing to provide forming and maintaining the specified register electronically, is selected for implementation of these functions according to the procedure and according to criteria which are established by regulating authority, and provides the responsibility to the third parties according to the procedure and in the amount of, established by regulating authority.";
b) add with the paragraph of the following content:
"The order of interaction of the operator of the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information and regulating authority is established by regulating authority.";
2) in Article 180:
a) add Item 2 with the subitem 8 of the following content:
"8) credit consumer cooperatives (further - credit cooperatives).";
b) state item 4 in the following edition:
