1. Approve enclosed:
1) Rules of conducting customs examination in customs laboratories;
2) Rules of sampling and samples of goods.
2. To legal support division of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ansarova I. Y.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To provide to the press service of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan publication of this order in mass media.
4. To provide to chiefs of customs authorities and customs execution of this order.
5. To impose control of execution of the order on the Vice-chairman of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aysagaliyeva S. S.
6. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
