About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About service of the state protection of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Service of the state protection of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 2, the Art. 20) the following changes and amendment:
1. To state the name of the Law in the following edition:
"About the state protection".
2. In all text of the Law of the word "Service of the State Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic" and "Service of the State Protection" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "body of the state protection" in the corresponding cases.
3. In text preamble in official language to replace the word "its" with the word "its".
4. State Article 1 in the following edition:
"Article 1. Body of the state protection
The body of the state protection performs set of legal, organizational, security, regime, technical measures for the purpose of safety of persons specified in this Law".
5. In Article 5:
in the text in official language to replace the word "it" with the word "it";
words "bodies of homeland security, internal affairs," shall be replaced with words the Ministries of Defence "the authorized state bodies knowing national security issues, defenses, authorized state body in the field of internal affairs".
6. Add Article 8 with part of the following content:
"The state protection is provided to specified persons during the term of their powers".
7. State Article 10 in the following edition:
"Article 10. Organization of activities of body of the state protection
