Determine that citizens who were granted draft deferment on military service according to the subitem "b" of Item 2 of article 24 of the Federal Law of March 28, 1998 N 53-FZ "About conscription and military service" about day of entry into force of this Federal Law use the specified delay before the expiration of its action or before disappearance of its basis.
This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
