About some questions of relations of the banks and organizations performing separate types of banking activities with bodies of Tax Service

According to item 4 of Article 216, item 4 of Article 218, subitems 5) and 11) of article 581 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" I ORDER:

1. Approve forms:

1) the report on movement of money during reporting quarter on conditional bank deposits in form 101.09 according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) data on the added amounts of bank remunerations in form 101.10 according to appendix 2 to this order;

Termination letters of recognition of the income in remuneration type on the issued credit (I will occupy) 3) by suspension of charge of such remuneration to the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ergozhin of E.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order is subject to official publication and becomes effective since January 1, 2009.
