On accomplishment of paragraph two of Item 6 of the Temporary procedure for the provision of administrative services approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.07.2009 No. 737, and according to Items 3.2-3.5 of the Section III of Provisions on the Single database on the companies concerning which proceeedings about bankruptcy are open of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of 15.09.2011 No. 3018/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 19.09.2011 for No. 1106/19844, I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Standard standard of provision of administrative service in issue of references from the Single database on the companies concerning which proceeedings about bankruptcy are open.

2. To heads of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol within ten days from the date of official publication of this order to approve own standards of provision of administrative service in issue of references from the Single database on the companies concerning which proceeedings about bankruptcy are open.

3. To department of notariate, bankruptcy and functioning of the central zaveritelny body (Chizhmar K. I.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
