About introduction of amendments to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation regarding enhancement of procedure for consideration and permission of collective employment disputes

Bring in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 1, Art. 3; 2006, N 27, Art. 2878; 2010, N 31, Art. 4196) following changes:
1) in Article 399:
a) the second to add part with words "the representative body of workers authorized by them on permission of collective employment dispute";
b) third to add part with offers of the following content: "The decision on approval of the made demands is made by a majority vote workers (delegates) who are present at meeting (conference). In case of impossibility of holding meeting (convocation of conference) of workers the representative body of workers has the right to approve the decision, having collected signatures more than a half of workers in support of the demands made by it.";
c) the sixth to state part in the following edition:
"Requirements of labor unions and their associations (the all-Russian and interregional labor unions, their territorial organizations, associations of labor unions and associations of the territorial organizations of labor unions) are pushed by their elected collegiate organs authorized on it by charters of labor unions and charters of their associations and go the specified bodies to the relevant parties of social partnership.";
2) in Article 400:
a) in part one to replace the word of "three" with the word of "two";
b) in part two of the word "Representatives of Employers (Associations of Employers)" shall be replaced with words "Merging of employers, other representatives of employers determined according to Article 34 of this Code," shall be replaced with words words of "one month" "three weeks";
