1. Determine that the budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in the federal budget for the corresponding financial year on the subsection "The Higher and Postgraduate Professional Education" of the Section "Education" of classification of budgets expenses on enhancement of scholarship providing students in federal state educational institutions of professional education are used:
a) for payment of the grants of the President of the Russian Federation founded by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 14, 2011 N 1198 "About grants of the President of the Russian Federation for the students and graduate students studying in the directions of preparation (specialties), the corresponding priority directions of upgrade and technology development of the Russian economy";
b) for payment of the grants of the Government of the Russian Federation founded by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 20, 2011 N 600 "About grants of the Government of the Russian Federation for the students and graduate students studying in the directions of preparation and specialties, the corresponding priority directions of upgrade and technology development of economy of Russia";
c) for payment of the grants of the Government of the Russian Federation founded by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 28, 2011 N 625 "About grants of the Government of the Russian Federation for students according to educational programs of primary professional and secondary professional education, the corresponding priority directions of upgrade and technology development of economy of the Russian Federation";
