About modification of the Procedure for determination of quota of labor migration approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 4, 2009 No. 86

For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 2.2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About labor migration" of January 15, 2000, No. 250" of June 25, 2011, the No. 452 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Bring in the "Procedure for determination of quota of labor migration" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 4, 2009 No. 86 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 6, Article 488), the following changes:

1.1. in Item 2.2 of the word "in local office authorities of employment Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "in the Public migratory service of the Azerbaijan Republic";

1.2. 2. exclude subitems "g", "d", "e" and "zh" of Item 3;

1.3. 2. in Item 6 at the end of the subitem "g" to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon and to add this Item with subitems "d", "e", "zh" and "z": "e) data on quantity of industries of economic activity of the foreigners who got permissions to implementation of paid labor activity in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic including data on country of source and specialty (or professions) and forecasts for the number of the corresponding individual permissions which prolongation is expected within year;

e) data on condition of use of the quota flowing and approved for last year;

g) data on cases of violation by employers of rules of attraction of foreign labor power for the current and passed years;

h) the generalized forecast information about requirement of employers for foreign labor power.".
