Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of the rights of witnesses, victims and other participants of criminal trial" (the Erkin Too newspaper of September 8, 2006 No. 67) the following changes:
1. In Article 3:
regarding 3 words "internal affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic," shall be replaced with words bodies of service of homeland security, customs authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic and monitoring bodies of drugs "internal affairs, homeland security, criminal executive system, on control of drugs, financial police and on customs authorities";
regarding 4 words "internal affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, bodies of service of homeland security, customs authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic or drug trafficking monitoring bodies and psychotropic substances" shall be replaced with words "internal affairs, homeland security, criminal executive system, on control of drugs, financial police and customs authorities";
in part 6 of the word of "Ministry of Justice" to exclude.
2. Regarding the 2nd Article 17 of the word of "guardianship and custody bodies" shall be replaced with words "departments of family support and children".
3. In Article 19:
regarding 1 word", other laws" to exclude;
in part 6 of the word "the civil legislation" shall be replaced with words "other regulatory legal acts".
4. Regarding 1 Article 20 of the word", other laws" to exclude.
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
