About introduction of amendments to some acts of the President of the Russian Federation
Due to the adoption of the Federal Law of October 21, 2011 N 289-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Procedure for Publication and Entry Into Force of the Federal Constitutional Laws, Federal Laws, Acts of Chambers of Federal Assembly" I decide:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of April 5, 1994 N 662 "About procedure for publication and entry into force of the Federal Laws" (Collection of acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1994, N 15, Art. 1173; Russian Federation Code, 1994, N 16, Art. 1881; 1995, N 49, Art. 4777) following changes:
a) in Item 1 of the word "reference bank of legal information of scientific and technological center of legal information "System" shall be replaced with words "the integrated full text bank of legal information (reference databank of legal information)";
b) in Item 2 of the word "machine-readable type scientific and technological center of legal information "System" shall be replaced with words "electronic type the federal state unitary enterprise "Scientific and Technological Center of Legal Information "System" of Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation, and also Federal Bodies of the State Protection";
c) add with Item 2.1 of the following content:
"2.1 Official publication of the Federal Law the first placement (publication) of its complete text on "The official Internet portal of legal information" (www.pravo.gov.ru) which functioning is provided by Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation is considered.";
d) state Item 7 in the following edition:
