To add 2) with parts 6.1-6.3 following of content:
"6.1. Violation of fixed terms of representation of forms of accounting and the reporting under currency transactions, supporting documents and information when implementing currency transactions no more than for ten days
attracts the prevention or imposing of administrative penalty on officials in the amount of five hundred to one thousand rubles; on legal entities - from five thousand to fifteen thousand rubles.
6.2. Violation of fixed terms of representation of forms of accounting and the reporting under currency transactions, supporting documents and information when implementing currency transactions more than on ten, but no more than for thirty days
attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from two thousand to three thousand rubles; on legal entities - from twenty thousand to thirty thousand rubles.
