Bring in the Procedure for approval and issue of permissions to carrying out the activities connected with artificial changes of condition of the atmosphere and the atmospheric phenomena in the economic purposes, No. 301 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2002 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 12, Art. 573; 2004, No. 24, the Art. 1588), and the Procedure for issue of permissions to work on lands of water fund approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 12, 2005 No. 557 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 28, the Art. 1631), changes which are applied.

The paragraph third Item 3 of the Procedure for approval and issue of permissions to carrying out the activities connected with artificial changes of the condition of the atmosphere and the atmospheric phenomena in the economic purposes approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2002 No. 301, to exclude.
2. In Item 5 of the Procedure for issue of permissions to work on lands of the water fund approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 12, 2005 No. 557:
1) in the second offer of paragraph one of the word "certificate on state registration of the subject of managing" to exclude;
