About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 21, 2009 No. 228
For the purpose of enhancement and improvement of overall performance of the Ministry, I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 21, 2009 No. 228 "About approval of Regulations of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:
in the Regulations of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
in Item 10 of the word "Department of Strategic Planning and Analysis (Further — DSPA)" shall be replaced with words "Department of strategic planning (further - chipboard)";
in all text to replace abbreviation of "DSPA" with abbreviation of "chipboard";
state Item 37 in the following edition:
"37. The minister, the first vice-minister, the responsible secretary or person fulfilling duties of the first vice-minister weekly on Fridays hold hardware meeting with participation of heads of structural divisions, and also other interested persons";
add Item 41-1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Structural divisions to which the assignment and which representatives were present at meeting is given shall provide weekly on Thursday information on execution of legal orders of hardware meeting in chipboard.";
add with Section 4-1 and Items 41-2, 41-3, 41-4 of the following content:
"4-1. Procedure for preparation of materials for meetings of the Government
41-2. To the 15th preceding the planned quarter, structural divisions of the Ministry bring in chipboard, questions for consideration at meeting of the Government.
41-3. Structural division which competence the question considered at meeting of the Government enters:
