1. Reorganize the Republican state state company "Atyrau Sturgeon Fish-breeding Plant" of Committee of fishery of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan by allocation from it the Republican state state company "Uralo-Atyrausky Sturgeon Fish-breeding Plant" of Committee of fishery of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Company).
2. Determine:
1) the main object of activity of the Republican state state company "Atyrau Sturgeon Fish-breeding Plant" of the Ministry of the environment and water resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan implementation of artificial cultivation of objects of fauna for the purpose of preserving biological diversity and gene pool;
2) the main object of activity of the Republican state state company "Uralo-Atyrausky Sturgeon Fish-breeding Plant" of the Ministry of the environment and water resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan referred to the state monopoly, implementation of withdrawal of sturgeon species of fish from the native habitat, their purchase, conversion and export of their caviar and other types of products;
3) the Ministry of the environment and water resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration of the Republican state state company "Atyrau Sturgeon Fish-breeding Plant" of the Ministry of the environment and water resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republican state state company "Uralo-Atyrausky Sturgeon Fish-breeding Plant" of the Ministry of the environment and water resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To committee of fishery of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
