a) in paragraph one of Item 3 of the word "provided by Items 30 and 31 of the Regulations on issue to foreign citizens and persons without citizenship of permissions to temporary residence approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 1, 2002 N 789" shall be replaced with words "the stipulated in Clause 6.1 Federal Laws "About Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation";
