to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 27, 2011 No. UP-4374
1. N UP-616 "About Elimination of Violations and Abuses on the Export-import Transactions Performed on Barter Basis" to exclude Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 9, 1993.
2. To replace the paragraph of the sixth of Item 10 of the Regulations on currency exchange control on export-import transactions approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 20, 1994 N UP-837, with paragraphs the sixth or ninth the following content:
"The legal resident persons who allowed delay of receipt of currency earnings from abroad more than on 30 banking days (for subjects of small business and private entrepreneurship - 60 banking days), after the expiration of fixed terms pay penalty to the income of the republican budget:
