Make to the section III appendices to the Federal Law of January 12, 1995 N 5-FZ "About veterans" (in edition of the Federal Law of January 2, 2000 N 40-FZ) (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, N 3, Art. 168; 2000, N 2, Art. 161; 2002, N 48, Art. 4743; 2008, N 40, Art. 4501; 2009, N 51, with the Art. 6148) change, having added it after line item "Fighting in Syria and Lebanon: June, 1982" line item of the following content:
"Fighting in the Republic of Tajikistan: September - November, 1992;
from February, 1993 to December, 1997".
Financing of the expenses provided by the Section III of appendix to the Federal Law of January 12, 1995 N 5-FZ "About veterans" (in edition of this Federal Law), is performed at the expense of means of the federal budget according to article 10 of the Federal Law of January 12, 1995 N 5-FZ "About veterans".
This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
