"5. The copy of cassation determination or the statement from substantive provisions of cassation determination according to which the convict is subject to release from custody or from serving sentence, without delay goes according to administration of the place of detention, administration of the place of serving sentence. If the convict participates in court session of cassation instance, cassation determination regarding release of the convict from custody or from serving sentence is performed immediately.";
