1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship of 13.05.2008 No. 54 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure of the state supervision of compliance with law in the field of state registration of legal entities and physical litspredprinimatel", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 30.05.2008 for No. 484/15175.
2. Department of interaction with authorities (Zerkal O. V.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. To the public registration service of Ukraine (Efimenko L. V.) bring this order to the attention of mayors of the cities of regional value, heads of district, district public administrations in the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol and to provide its proper execution.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the department of interaction with authorities Zerkal O. V.
