About modification of the List of objects of the right of state-owned property which can be provided in concession

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the List of objects of the right of state-owned property which can be provided in concession, No. 2293 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 11, 1999 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 50, to Art. 2473; 2003, No. 17, Art. 765; 2004, No. 43, Art. 2838; 2006, No. 11, Art. 728; 2007, No. 89, Art. 3262; 2009, No. 43, Art. 1441; 2011, No. 31, the Art. 1332), change which is applied.

2. To the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Ministry of Finance to provide in time of development of conditions of concessionary tender concerning property of the state company "Combined heat and power plant-2 Eskhar and the corresponding concession treaty of the obligation of the concessionary concerning providing:

increases in amount of products;

increases in labor productivity level of workers;

investment attraction;

preserving the social guarantees existing at the time of the conclusion of the concession treaty;

proper level of provision of services in the housing and operational sphere and uses of subjects to welfare appointment;

employment of workers who at the time of the conclusion of the concession treaty are in employment relationships with the company.
