Make changes to Rules of giving and consideration of the application of the patentee about provision of the right to the open license and publications of data on such statement approved by the order of the director of the State patent authority of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 21, 2006 N 56 (рег. N 1629 of October 14, 2006) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, N 42, the Art. 420), according to appendix. 2. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
