The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regarding distribution of powers of federal executive bodies in the field of protection of children from information doing harm to their health and (or) development.

2. Determine that realization of the powers following from this resolution is performed within the limiting Russian Federation established by the Government of the number of workers of the corresponding federal executive bodies, and also within the budgetary appropriations provided to federal executive bodies in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2012.
