Item 5 of part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"5) close relationship or property (parents, spouses, children, brothers, sisters, and also brothers, sisters, parents, children of spouses) with the head of the municipality who heads local administration if substitution of position of municipal service is connected with direct subordination or submission to control to this official, or with the local government officer if substitution of position of municipal service is connected with direct subordination or submission to control of one of them to another;";
To add 2) with part 1.1 following of content:
"1.1. The citizen cannot be appointed to position of the head of local administration under the contract, and the local government officer cannot replace position of the head of local administration under the contract in case of close relationship or property (parents, spouses, children, brothers, sisters, and also brothers, sisters, parents, children of spouses) with the head of the municipality.".
