1. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of Ukraine of 30.07.2013 No. 1336.
2. To provide to department of monitoring of the stock market (O. Tabal) provision of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To management on ensuring activities of the Commission chairman, the organization of work of commission sessions and international backgrounds (N. Piskun) to provide publication of this decision according to requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
