1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for provision of the right of special use of objects of flora and the notification of local executive and administrative organs on the planned activities for purchase of wild-growing plants and (or) their parts.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 2, 1998 No. 1679 "About measures for strengthening of control of trade procurement, purchases and realization of wild-growing products and streamlining of these types of activity" (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1998, No. 31, the Art. 796);
