About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About law-enforcement bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1994, No. 3, the Art. 76) the following changes and amendments:
1. In all text of the Law in state language of the word "grazhdandyk" and "grazhdandar" in different case forms to replace respectively with the words "zharandyk" and "zharandar" in the corresponding cases.
2. Add Article 8 with parts 2 - 4 following of content:
"The staff of law-enforcement bodies has no right to be in the masks, except as specified, provided by this Law and shall show the official ID upon the demand of the citizen.
In case of refusal of the employee of law-enforcement bodies to show the official ID the citizen has the right not to submit to requirements of the employee of the law-enforcement bodies, except as specified, specified in part 4 of this Article.
Staff of law-enforcement bodies can be in masks only during the carrying out special transactions, detention of persons who committed crimes, release of hostages, convoy and protection of detainees, arrested and the condemned persons.".
3. In Item 14 of Article 9:
the offer second to state in the following edition:
"Legality and justification of actions of staff of law-enforcement bodies in case of penetration into the dwelling against the will of the citizens living in it and in other objects which are in property or other right are subject to consideration by court within 24 hours.";
add Item with the offer third the following content:
"Guarantees and the restrictions set by this Item extend also on legal entities;".
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bodies of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1994, No. 3, the Art. 78) the following changes and amendments:
