About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure and conditions of detention of persons detained on suspicion and accusation in making of crimes"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure and conditions of detention of persons detained on suspicion and accusation in making of crimes" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 12, the Art. 501) the following changes and amendment:

1. In all text of the Law in state language of the word "ayyptaluuchu" and "aktrocha" in different case and numerical forms to replace respectively with the words "ayypker" and "zhaktoocha" in the corresponding cases and numbers.

2. Add the law with Article 9-1 of the following content:

"Article 9-1 Procedure for transfer of persons from places of detention

The suspect, the person accused, the defendant (concerning whom the court verdict did not take legal effect) can be transferred from one place of detention to other place of detention based on the resolution (determination) of court, the resolution of the prosecutor, the investigator with the consent of the supervising prosecutor in cases of transfer of criminal case to production of other body having temporary detention center or the pre-trial detention center and (or) in case of change of production site of the investigation or consideration of criminal case in court.".
