About entering of amendments into the Regulations about management of support of the broadcasting organizations of Fund approved by the Resolution KSTR No. 125 of 4.12.2007.
For goal achievement, offered in the Agreement on cooperation between Coordination council on television and radio and Academy of Sciences of Moldova about monitoring of correctness of Romanian in the field of television and radio, it is offered to add the Regulations about management of support of the broadcasting organizations of Fund approved by the Resolution KSTR No. 125 of 4.12.2007.
About management of support of the broadcasting organizations of Fund it is offered to make the following additions to Regulations: Section III. Management of fund, - the item 11, f): "monitoring of content of program complexes for the purpose of accomplishment of obligations of KSTR according to provisions of the Code of television and radio".
According to the Art. 40, 47 (3) the Code of television and radio No. 260-XVI of 27.07.2006 published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 131 of 18.08.2006, Coordination council on television and the radio DECIDES:
Art. 1. Add the Regulations about management of support of the broadcasting organizations of Fund approved by the Resolution KSTR No. 125 of 4.12.2007 in the Section Iiiupravleniye with fund, - the item 11, f): "monitoring of content of program complexes for the purpose of accomplishment of obligations of KSTR according to provisions of the Code of television and radio".
Art. 2. To exercise control of execution of this Resolution to the chief accountant.
Art. 3. Publish this Resolution in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and on the KSTR web page.
