For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 17, 2004 "About power industry" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules on prevention of emergency violations in Single Electric Utility system of Kazakhstan and their liquidation.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of power industry and solid fuel state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
