1. Approve the enclosed Method of calculation of level of temporary decreasing coefficients to rates for the services of telecommunications referred to the sphere of natural monopoly.

To department on regulation and control in the field of telecommunications and air navigation of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies and protection of the competition (Dosmagambet E. M.) provide approval of this order of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization and communication.
3. To department of administrative and territorial work of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies and protection of the competition (Tokareva M. A.) after approval of this order of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization and communication to bring it to the attention of structural divisions and territorial authorities of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies and protection of the competition, and also the subjects of natural monopoly rendering services of telecommunications.
