About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About legal status of foreign citizens in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About legal status of foreign citizens in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1994, No. 3, the Art. 68) the following changes:
1. In Article 3:
to state paragraphs of the first and second in the following edition:
"In the Kyrgyz Republic foreign citizens and stateless persons have the rights and fulfill duties on an equal basis with citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, except the cases established by the law or the international treaty which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic.
Foreign citizens are equal in the Kyrgyz Republic before the law irrespective of floor, race, language, disability, ethnic origin, religion, age, political or other convictions, education, origin, property or other status, and also other circumstances.".
2. In paragraph one of Article 5 of the word "law-enforcement bodies" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of registration of the rights of the population".
3. State Article 6 in the following edition:
"Article 6. Provision of shelter
The Kyrgyz Republic according to the international obligations grants shelter to the foreign citizens pursued for political motives and also based on violation of human rights and freedoms.".
4. In the paragraph the second Article 7 of the word of "law-enforcement bodies" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of migration according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".
5. State Article 25 in the following edition:
"Article 25. Privileges and immunities of Chapters and staff of representations of foreign states and other persons
The situation of this Law is not affected by the privileges and immunities of persons and members of their families established by the legislation and international treaties which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic.".
