About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts
According to the Regulations on the Public air service of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 No. 398, and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal acts regulating activities in the field of civil aviation in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:
1. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Order of the state Infrastructure of the Ministry of Ukraine of 17.01.2014 No. 21
2. Make changes to the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of 09.02.2010 No. 68 "About approval of the Regulations on the state inspector on aviation supervision in Public aviation administration", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 26.04.2010 for No. 307/17602, having replaced in the name of the order and in Item 1 of the word of "Public aviation administration" with words to "The public air service of Ukraine".
3. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts which are attached.
4. Ukraine to provide to the public air service:
4.1. Submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
4.2. Bringing this order to data of all interested companies, organizations and the organizations of civil aviation of Ukraine.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Efimenko K. O.
