About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About increase in insurance parts of pensions since March 1, 2010" of January 28, 2010
For the purpose of reduction of earlier made decisions of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic I decide:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About increase in insurance parts of pensions since March 1, 2010" of January 28, 2010 No. 18 the following change:
- declare Item 2 invalid.
2. Keep the amount of monthly compensation payments to pensions established by decisions of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in connection with increase in rates for electrical energy before acceptance of the Kyrgyz Republic of the relevant decision by the Government.
3. Recommend to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to make in accordance with the established procedure the offers on introduction of corresponding changes and amendments in the legislation on the national pension social insurance providing establishment of compensation payments by the decision of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
