About approval of Changes to some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs concerning activities of the State traffic inspectorate
According to the Law of Ukraine of 17.03.2011 No. 3163-VI "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning cancellation of the coupon to the certificate of the driver and enhancement of regulation of the relations in the field of traffic safety", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes to some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs concerning activities of the State traffic inspectorate which are attached.
2. To provide to management of the State traffic inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Lozovy V. M.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the time determined by the legislation.
3. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 02.04.94 No. 166 "About approval of sample of the coupon to the certificate of the driver, Regulations on the coupon to the certificate of the driver and entering of amendments into the Instruction about procedure for acceptance of examinations, registrations of issue (exchange) of certificates of the driver, accounting and document storages which concern the examination-paper", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 24.05.94 for No. 107/316, and of 03.10.2000 No. 672 "About approval of sample of the coupon to the certificate of the driver and modification and amendments in the Regulations on the coupon to the certificate of the driver approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of 02.04.94 No. 166" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 20.10.2000 for No. 726/4947.
