According to Articles 7, of 40, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 6, "About payment systems and money transfer in Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory framework concerning implementation of interbank payments in Ukraine in national currency the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 11 Laws of Ukraine
1. Approve Changes to the Instruction about interbank money transfer in Ukraine in the national currency approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 16.08.2006 No. 320, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice 06.09.2006 for No. 1035/12909 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To department of information technologies (Bilash O. O.) to make corresponding changes to the software of electronic payment system of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning the list of conditional numerical codes of settlement documents.
3. To chiefs Operational and territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine, to banks of Ukraine to make corresponding changes to the software of systems of automation of bank concerning the list of conditional numerical codes of settlement documents.
