1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 16, 2009 No. 594 "About approval of Rules of issue of the import permit, import and transit of the moved (transported) objects taking into account assessment of epizootic situation in the corresponding territory" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 5851, No. 179 published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper of November 24, 2009 (1776)), the following change:
in Rules of issue of the import permit, import and transit of the moved (transported) objects taking into account assessment of epizootic situation in the corresponding territory approved by the specified order:
the thirteenth Item 6 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the copy of the breeding certificate and the veterinary certificate or the documents equivalent to them issued by official organs of the exporting country;".
2. To provide to development department of livestock production and veterinary safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
