1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on conditions and procedure for privatization of state-owned property in the Kyrgyz Republic and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 26, 2003 No. 169 the following changes:
in Regulations on conditions and the procedure for privatization of state-owned property in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 7 third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"When carrying out process of privatization and assessment of the objects having strategic importance for the Kyrgyz Republic, the Commissions on privatization are included deputies of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic or the local kenesh, representatives of business community and the civil sector.";
word in paragraph six of "object of state-owned property" shall be replaced with words "the objects having strategic importance for the Kyrgyz Republic";
to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:
