1. Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 27, 2007 No. 884 "About approval of the Regulations on the Head control and auditing department of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 48, the Art. 1983);

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2008 No. 1053 "About modification of the Regulations on the Head control and auditing department of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 93, the Art. 3081);

the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 23, 1996 No. 464 "About reference of positions of the Public control and auditing service to certain categories".

Changes which are made to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Item 41 of the List of employee categories which office premises, the Council of Ministers of USSR approved by the resolution of February 4, 1988 can be provided to No. 37 "About office premises" (by ZP USSR, 1988, No. 2, Art. 8; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 30, Art. 1545; 2006, No. 40, to the Art. 2678) to state in such edition:

"41. Heads and specialists of State financial inspectorate and its territorial authorities.".
