Item 8 of Regulations of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 53, 5/29310; No. 105, 5/29640) to add with part twelve of the following content:
"Drafts of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning provision of industrial subsidies in relation to the Agreement on single rules of provision of industrial subsidies of December 9, 2010 shall be approved with the Ministry of Economics.".
