Bring in article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 30, 1998 N 602-I "About farm" (in edition of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 26, 2004 N 662-I) (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, N 9, Art. 162; Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, N 3, Art. 119; 2007, N 12, Art. 608; 2008, N 12, Art. 640; 2009, N 12, Art. 472) following change and amendment:
third to state part in the following edition:
"Financial and economic activities of newly created farms are not subject to scheduled inspections within the first three years from the moment of their state registration, except as specified, provided by part four of this Article";
add with part four of the following content:
"Financial and economic activities of the newly created farms issuing excise goods, and also the financial and economic activities of farms connected with target use of budgetary and centralized funds and resources are not subject to scheduled inspections within the first two years from the moment of their state registration".
